Product Samples:

You may drop off in person or mail product samples, but please note we do not return samples and we will only be in touch if we are interested in carrying your items in the shop. If you choose to drop off samples there will not be a buyer available to meet with you. 

Online Shipping and Returns:

-please allow 3-5 days for us to process and ship online orders (this does not include custom stationery orders)

-returns & exchanges are case by case so please contact us if there is an issue (our in store policy is no returns)

-once a package has left our hands and is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages or delivery issues with your location

-please check the tracking number you are supplied with once your order ships, that will have the most current information on the location of your package

-if you are local and select IN STORE PICK UP you will receive a a pickup notification within 24hrs

-we do not have space to hold your order for more than 30 days. After 30 days your order will be refunded and cancelled
