How to order our Custom Stationery

At Greenwich Letterpress, we combine the timeless elegance of letterpress printing with the ease of semi-custom design. Follow these steps to create your custom cards.

Step 1: Contact us

Begin by exploring our collection of our letterpress stationery templates. Please fill out our online quote form. We will send you a confirmation email in a few days. If you would like to move forward a PDF contract will be emailed along with info for a deposit. Please note do not start the design process until a deposit is placed.

Step 2: Personalize Your Cards

Once you’ve selected a template, personalize your design. Our easy-to-use customization form allows you to:
  • Choose Your Design: Let us know what design you are interested in.
  • Select Colors: Choose from our curated palette of ink colors.
  • Choose Fonts: Select from our collection of fonts.
  • Choose Paper color and weight: Select from our house paper Lettra. It comes in 3 shades of white and 2 weights ( 1ply 110# and 2 ply 220# cover)
  • Layout Adjustments: Request minor adjustments to the layout to ensure your stationery is just right.

STEP 3: ENHANCE WITH OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

  • Envelope Liners: Add a touch of elegance with decorative envelope liners. We offer solid color liners as well as a custom printed pattern.
  • Edge Painting: Highlight your cards with edge painting in a color of your choice.

Step 4: Review Your Proof

After you submit your customization details, we’ll send you a digital proof for review. This proof includes your personalized text, chosen colors, and any layout adjustments. You can request up to two rounds of revisions to ensure everything is perfect.

Step 5: Approve and Print

Once you approve the final proof, we proceed with printing. Our printer uses traditional letterpress techniques, pressing inked plates into thick, high-quality cotton paper to create deep, tactile impressions that guests will admire.

Step 6: Print Time

Print time is 4 to 5 weeks. Letterpress is all done by hand which takes time to produce, but is worth the wait.

Step 7: Delivery

Your completed cards will be carefully packaged and you will have the option to pick-up at our shop or we can ship via UPS.
